Terms of service

Terms for using Pobbi.

Last updated: September 14, 2026. These terms describe the basic rules for using Pobbi as a parent-managed learning product.

Parent-managed use

Pobbi is intended for parent-managed learning. A parent or guardian should create and manage the account, choose child profiles and supervise use where appropriate.

Learning support, not professional diagnosis

Pobbi provides practice, explanations, homework support and progress reporting. It does not diagnose learning conditions, replace school advice or guarantee academic outcomes.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private third-party or unrelated material. Do not attempt to bypass account boundaries, scrape the service, attack infrastructure or use Pobbi to generate cheating or answer-copying workflows.

Content and feedback

Parents and children may submit answers, homework descriptions, files and feedback. Pobbi may use submitted learning activity to operate the product, improve task recommendations and prepare parent-visible reports.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, if enabled, are billed according to the checkout and plan terms shown at purchase. Taxes, renewal timing, cancellation and refunds should be handled through the billing flow or support process available at the time.

Availability

Pobbi may change features, pause access for maintenance or restrict use that risks the service, families or data. Prototype and demo features may change before production release.

These terms should receive formal legal review before broad production launch.
